Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or higher
-10+ years of Project/Program Management, progressive leadership, and/or Change Execution experience required.
-5+ years of professional Project/Program Management experience within a PMO/EPMO function. -Experience in leading diverse teams while managing complex and risky projects/programs
-Project Program/Portfolio Management experience required
-PMP Certification required
Job Description
Program Leadership: Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs across the enterprise, often involving remote teams and external vendors. Drive discovery activities such as RFPs, business cases, and security risk assessments. Planning & Execution: Build detailed program plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables: Manage resources across all phases, ensuring availability, task assignment, and tracking of effort. -Develop and oversee program budgets. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve issues and dependencies to keep programs on track and within budget. Strategic Alignment: Evaluate program proposals for feasibility, timelines, and funding. Ensure all program outcomes support organizational strategy and business goals. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Maintain stakeholder communication plans, reporting, and engagement. Resolve cross-project conflicts and dependencies. Review and approve vendor work plans. Integrated Schedule Management Build and manage an integrated master schedule for multi-phase, complex programs.
