• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for further vetting
• Provide follow-ups on leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews that transpire, and successful hires from your referrals
