A company is looking for a Scientific and Technical Support Lead to provide support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).Key ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and synthesize scientific data to determine environmental impacts on biological resources and aquatic habitatsWrite biological opinions and responses related to action agencies' assessments for listed species and habitatsProvide technical assistance and feedback to action agencies regarding biological assessments and permit applicationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and three years of experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant fieldKnowledge of salmonid life cycles and habitat requirementsExperience with ESA and MSA regulations and document preparationExperience assessing impacts of human activities on marine species and habitatsExperience working with tribal governments is preferred
