A company is looking for an IT Process Architect Analyst to support the operational and process side of an enterprise AI program within a large healthcare organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in analysis and documentation of current state workflows to identify gaps and design an optimizedfuture state for the AI delivery lifecycleConduct structured validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm problem statements, requirements, and process stepsMaintain and update the new AI intake tracking board, ensuring all incoming requests are captured and routed correctlyRequired Qualifications5+ years as a BA/IT Process Analyst with experience across digital/AI project lifecyclesFamiliarity with Azure and experience with tools like ServiceNow, PowerBI, and JiraStrong understanding of Digital/AI/ML project lifecycles from intake to operationalizationExperience working within healthcare or similarly regulated industriesBackground in operating model design or process engineering for technology programs
