We're a land acquisition and development company turning vacant parcels across the United States into clean, profitable transactions at scale. Our mission: make every transaction straightforward, trusted, and a genuine win for both sides.
The systems are live. The lead flow is real. The capital is deployed. What we don't have is the closer who turns conversations into signed contracts — fast, clean, and at full margin.
That's where you come in.

No agents. No appraisals. No mortgage contingencies killing deals at the 11th hour. The sellers are motivated, the transactions are direct, and the margin is real.
The top closers in this space — veterans of car sales, SaaS, insurance, and wholesale real estate — consistently say it's the cleanest, highest-leverage sales environment they've ever worked in. You close it, you own it. No one else takes the credit.

Deals are on the table. But deals don't close themselves — and every hour a qualified lead goes untouched is money left behind. We don't tolerate that.
THE PERSON
This role is not for the well-balanced.
We need someone wired to pick up the phone, build trust fast, make the offer, and lock the contract. Someone who doesn't count hours — they count deals.

THE COMPENSATION
This is one of the few acquisition roles where top performance translates directly to life-changing income. The 3-4% on the buy side gives you stability; The commission gives you no ceiling.
Here's exactly how it works — no ambiguity, no fine print.
MONTHS 1–6: RAMP PERIOD
Flat 15-18% commission on every deal you close.
No tiers. No thresholds. You earn 15-18% of net profit from day one — fully rewarded while you learn the market and lock in your cadence.
MONTH 7+: FULL STRUCTURE
$4,000/month base + tiered commission above $30K GP/month
COMMISSION TIERS (Month 7+):

The average deal produces $30K in gross profit. Closing 7–10 deals per month puts you firmly in the upper tiers. That's achievable.
Top performers earn $250K to $400K+ annually. No ceiling. No negotiation.
If you can close deals, this compensation plan is gold.
We'll be straight with you — the first 5–6 months are about learning the market and dialing in your cadence. We tell you this now because we'd rather be honest upfront than have you find out later.
Here's what's true: the leads are already flowing. The team is running. You're not walking into a startup hoping the machine gets built — you're stepping into a seat that's already been engineered and tested. The 15-18% flat commission during ramp means you're earning real money from your first deal.
This is a bet on yourself — we're just making sure the table is already set.
SCHEDULE & CULTURE
This role runs on a structured daily window — 8:30am to 6:30/7pm CST, Monday through Friday. The hours exist because motivated sellers don't wait, and neither do we. You're expected to be present, locked in, and executing during those windows.
This pace is not for everyone — and that's okay. We set this expectation clearly so only people who thrive in high-accountability, high-output environments choose to apply.
If you need rigid 9-to-5 boundaries, this isn't the right seat. If you're wired to outwork the room and want the income to reflect it, you'll fit right in.
In exchange: unlimited PTO. We measure output, not clock-watching. Take the time you need — we trust you to manage your recovery.
