A company is looking for an ITTI Care Project Advisor.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and facilitate training on trauma-informed child care for diverse audiencesPlan and coordinate virtual Communities of Practice and in-person engagement opportunitiesProvide coaching and practice support using established frameworks and guide project implementationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field requiredAt least 5 years of experience coaching or providing reflective supervision in early care and educationMinimum of 2 years of experience delivering coaching or IECMH consultation to teachers of children under age fiveGeneral knowledge of research methods and social science research practicesPreferred experience includes serving as a child care center director or early childhood mental health consultant
