Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and visitor activity to help support authorized entry and help to deter unauthorized presence on the property; Assist with observing property conditions and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel
