Job Summary

Diverse Staffing is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to support inbound and outbound customer interactions for digital marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, gain valuable customer service experience, and transition into a long-term opportunity. Company-issued equipment is provided after hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and accurately
• Make outbound follow-up calls to verify customer information and complete lead qualifications
• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
• Follow scripted workflows, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Identify customer needs and resolve or route inquiries appropriately
• Meet or exceed performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams on trends, issues, and opportunities
• Maintain a quiet, professional home, work environment

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or remote support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Comfortable working in structured, compliance-driven environments
• Basic computer proficiency

Technical & Internet Requirements (Candidate Supplied - Pre-Hire)

Hardware Requirements

• Windows-based desktop or laptop (Windows 10 or 11 only)
• Minimum 4 GB RAM
• USB headset with microphone
• Windows Defender or Microsoft Essentials enabled

Internet Requirements

• Home DSL, cable, or fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection
• Minimum download speed of 80 Mbps
• Wi-Fi, satellite, cellular, hotspot, or dial-up connections are not compatible

Additional Requirements

• Smartphone required for two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Quiet, private workspace free from background noise
