Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as necessary; Identify root cause of unexpected breakdowns of machines; repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime; Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts, ordering and installing replacement parts for machines as needed; Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines; Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in all areas where mandatory to promote a zero-accident culture
