Description:

Robert is seeking an accurate and detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. In this position, you will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders efficiently while ensuring data accuracy. You will coordinate with various departments to confirm order details, track order status, and resolve any discrepancies. Responsibilities
  • Enter customer orders into the system accurately and promptly.
  • Verify order details with customers and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Resolve order issues or discrepancies and communicate updates to relevant parties.
  • Maintain organized records of orders and changes.
  • Assist with reporting and order tracking as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in order entry or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
