The Temporary Administrative Support Specialist will assist the Community Impact Director with various administrative and operational responsibilities. Your tasks will include project management, form completion, ordering supplies, and maintaining communication with community partners.

This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week, operating in a hybrid format based in Greenville, NC, with some in-person responsibilities throughout Eastern North Carolina for specific tasks. Please note that this temporary position will conclude on August 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support 40 to 50 Community Impact projects.
  • Complete forms, including agreements with community partners.
  • Order supplies and materials as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with community partners.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in administrative roles, database management, or non-profit sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks across various territories.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 25%; must have reliable transportation.
