Project Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (flexible)

Role Overview

hyrUP is wokrking with the leadership team of a growing B2B SaaS org looking for aProject Manager / Business Analyst hybrid to support cross-functional and client-facing initiatives by gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients while balancing requirements discovery with project execution in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned initiatives
  • Lead client-facing discussions to gather, clarify, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Communicate timelines, scope, risks, and status updates clearly and professionally
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering
  • Translate client and internal stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Document requirements in the form of user stories, specifications, or process flows
  • Assist in defining scope, success criteria, and acceptance requirements
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders through clear documentation and communication
Project Management
  • Manage and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and follow-ups across internal teams
  • Identify risks, issues, and blockers and escalate as appropriate
  • Prepare and deliver regular project and client status updates
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years total work experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience with requirements gathering and/or similar business analysis functions
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting or managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services environment
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Experience working directly with external clients
