You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Installation, administration and configuration of enterprise scale Fabric/Power BI SaaS production support
2. Azure or cloud-based solutions on SQL platform, supporting key business initiatives
3. Design and architect various high availability and disaster recovery solutions, as well as long term archival process
4. Design, implement and maintain all functions of Windows Servers, including access, methods and time, device allocations, validation checks, organization, security, documentation and statistical methodology
5. Automation and PowerShell scripting to build infrastructure for automation
6. Assists in development of systems and procedures affecting server management, design and maintenance
7. Support problem resolution; consult and advise in application design and tuning; plan, organize and execute product benchmarks for threshold and functionality
8. Participate in product evaluations, design review session, and consulting with application development products
9. Performance tuning
10. Project delivery
11. Review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement
12. Review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related computer discipline
• 3+ years of Fabric/PowerBI administration or development experience
• 3+ years of Azure support experience
• 3+ years of production support experience
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
• Experience with BI, data warehousing architecture and implementations
• Knowledge of other reporting platforms and cross platform technology concepts
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
