Responsibilities:

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant and the Operator
• Has full responsibility for a daypart or segment of the business
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Proven restaurant leadership skills
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven leadership in restaurant experience
• True Servant leader with the utmost character and integrity
• Ability to work in a fun, fast‑paced environment
• Ability to maintain professional relationships within a larger leadership team structure
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Highly driven to manage and get results
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
