Rack Room Shoes - 714 East Greenville Blvd. - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in managing all day to day store operations; Provide leadership, guidance and training to the store staff; Maintain and reinforce current service level standards; Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customer; Oversee Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, and POS transactions in accordance with policy
