Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government correctional location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention; Serve in an armed patrol role, maintaining preparedness and professionalism while following all post orders, use of force guidelines, and Allied Universal standards; Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or security-related concerns to help support order within the location
