As a Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our locations are inviting and clean. Your primary responsibility will be to clean and sanitize both the interior and exterior of the store, including the parking lot and surrounding areas.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Sweeping and cleaning all designated areas both inside and outside the store.
• Mopping all required areas within the store.
• Washing store windows and spraying down the parking lots.
• Sanitizing and restocking the bathrooms.
• Ensuring cleanliness in customer areas, including sanitation of tables and chairs.
• Maintaining an orderly stockroom.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying environmental conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Exposure to both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
• Working in environments with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
• Potential exposure to allergens like nuts.
