Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk post at a food and beverage location.; Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct guests, vendors, and staff according to site access procedures.; Answer phones, manage visitor logs, issue temporary badges or passes, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or appointments.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.; Support access control at entry points by helping to deter unauthorized entry, observing incoming and outgoing traffic, and documenting security-related concerns in required reports.
