Job Title: Occupational Therapist

License: Must have a valid license in hand
Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have:
- Previous charge experience
- Experience with charting systems, specifically with Epic
- Experience in adult rehabilitation facilities, home health care, skilled nursing, and acute care

Description:
Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation.
Shift is Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.
No call requirements will be involved.
Floating may be required based on availability, but can be limited to inpatient rehab.
Candidates will be reviewed and interviewed by management.
RTO must be included in submissions to be considered.
No local candidates will be accepted beyond a specified radius.
Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics.
Daily census averages 9 patients.
Number of therapy sessions each day will vary.
The unit supports interdisciplinary collaboration with various health services.
Patient diagnoses may include CVA, cardiac conditions, pulmonary issues, amputations, myopathy, and debility.
Special procedures include IRF-PAI with an average of 3 hours of therapy daily.
Special equipment utilized includes lifts and transfer devices.
