Deli Bakery ClerkDescriptionA Deli Bakery Clerk at Carlie C's IGA realizes that providing prompt and friendly customer service is priority #1. Being courteous and cooperative with both customer and coworker is a critical aspect of maximizing sales and building business for years to come. As a Deli/Bakery Clerk, you'll handle everything from fried chicken to 9-layer cakes and everything in between. Preparing, serving, cooking and cleaning, it's all a part of the Carlie C's Bakery/Deli.Duties* Use scales and printer, understand tare weight.* Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer.* Use chicken fryer, monitor grease.* Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.* Understand portion control* Monitor food temperature requirements.* Operate oven, proof box.* Keep sales area full, and rotated.* Clean and sanitized area* Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards* Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager.Qualifications* Must be 18 years of age, friendly and outgoing.* Neat and clean in appearance.* Must enjoy working with the public.* Must be able to follow instructions.* Experience a plus
