Include but are not limited to: Answering the switchboard telephone for the entire College of Business Providing Smart Classroom Support Performing software/hardware installs Troubleshooting for MAC and Windows Opening and closing the Student Technology Center Maintaining the Technology Center throughout the day Checking out equipment to students, faculty, and staff Providing PowerPoint Presentation support Directing Internal and External customers to correct departments Assisting staff with any other duties needed Providing general customer service Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) We are looking for individuals who have a great personality, exude leadership qualities, and have the ability to pick up new technology fast.
