Job Vacancy Details Under general supervision, the Counselor provides comprehensive academic, personal, and mental health counseling services to enrolled students to support their well-being, persistence, and success. This position offers individual and crisis counseling, connects students with campus and community resources, and assists with financial, personal, and social challenges that may impact academic progress. The Counselor serves as a student advocate, including acting as the Title IX Respondent Advocate, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to coordinate supportive services. The role also contributes to campus education and awareness initiatives related to mental health and personal development, helps coordinate student support programs such as the food pantry, and participates in college committees, outreach, and departmental planning to advance a student-centered campus environment.
