We're looking for a confident, compassionate, and upbeat full-time CSR who brings professionalism, personality, and follow-through to every interaction.

What you'll be doing:

• Answer phones and manage client communication (calls, texts, emails)
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and next steps
• Support the medical team through clear and timely communication
• Maintain accurate records and client information
• Help keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
• Be a steady, positive presence for clients, patients, and teammates
