Join our team as a Part Time Coffee Specialist! In this role, you'll prepare, process, package, and stock our delicious products while adhering to our renowned standards. You'll also have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with inventorymanagement.

To excel in this position, you will need to satisfy the following essential duties:

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Complete all required training and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write brief correspondence in English.
• Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math, including addition and subtraction.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to follow detailed instructions and address problems that involve standardized situations.

Training: Completion of company training, including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge is required. Certification is also mandatory.

Physical Requirements: The role requires standing, walking, using hands, and lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds frequently (with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds). Additionally, an ability to see clearly, including depth perception, is necessary.

Work Environment: You will work in a moderate to loud setting, frequently exposed to a range of temperatures and mechanical parts, as well as occasional fumes and airborne particles.
