JOB PURPOSE:

As a key member of our team, you will manage equipment requests, verify reimbursement eligibility, and ensure timely service delivery, all while facilitating order processing with efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customers with new equipment requests, ensuring accurate data entry and order progression.
  • Verify insurance and funding eligibility, communicate financial responsibilities to customers, and gather necessary medical documentation.
  • Accurately enter orders into our processing system, following all intake procedures.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, collaborating with team members to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns, working to resolve issues directly and effectively.
  • Coordinate evaluations and adjustments by scheduling ATPs and seating technicians.
  • Meet established productivity and performance metrics.
  • Participate in department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Perform duties with integrity, adhering to Numotion's policies and federal regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Quick critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with order processing and complex rehabilitation equipment.
  • Previous experience in the durable medical equipment industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequent use of hands and wrists related to computer tasks.
  • Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
  • Occasional manual movement and reaching tasks.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
