Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service
• Managing the register and processing transactions
• Making purchase recommendations to enhance customer experience
• Occasionally assisting with our food program
• Gaining valuable entry-level management experience by leading shifts regularly
• Maintaining our high store standards inside and out
• Ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance

Ideal qualifications include:

• Experience in retail and customer service
• Some background in entry-level management
• Previous roles as a sales associate or cashier
• A High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for short durations
• Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour at a time
• Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring coordination, and occasionally climbing ladders to access materials or set up signage
