What You'll Do

• Safely and accurately apply fertilizers and weed control treatments.

• Measure properties and deliver quotes for TruGreen services.

• Maintain precise records of treatments and customer preferences.

• Drive to customer locations using a company vehicle, representing TruGreen with professionalism.

• Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and inspected daily to uphold safety and performance.

• Engage with current customers to upsell additional services during visits and calls.

• Participate in team culture by contributing to facility maintenance.

What You'll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred experience in horticulture, landscaping, or customer service.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

• Strong reading comprehension for work instructions and accurate documentation.

• Basic mathematical skills for property measurements and calculations.
