Position Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, stage, and deliver automotive parts to professional customers while ensuring timely service.
• Handle returns and core pickups to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Distribute promotional materials and engage customers in current promotions and loyalty initiatives.
• Collect daily payments from credit accounts, ensuring financial transactions are handled accurately.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, sharing product insights and delivery experiences.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction and transaction values.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that the store, floors, restrooms, and parking areas are presentable.
• Engage in general stocking tasks such as unloading delivery trucks, organizing back stock, and performing cycle counts.
• Stay informed about product inventory and new arrivals to provide knowledgeable sales support.
• Interact with walk-in customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Physical Demands

Roles require significant walking or standing, as well as the ability to talk, hear, manipulate objects, reach, climb, and kneel. Frequent lifting and movement of items up to 50 pounds are needed, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance. Vision requirements include near and far sight, color differentiation, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Work is primarily indoors with occasional outdoor tasks exposed to various weather conditions. Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts, high places, chemicals, risks of electrical shock, and general vibration. Noise levels in the work environment are generally moderate.
