Details on the payout will be available to applicants when an offer is made./liliRetirement: Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay./li/ulpKey Functions:/pulliTotal commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations./liliSafely operates and maintains a gas forklift to unload, move, store, stage, load and unload./liliResponsible for housekeeping of assigned production area cleaning, sweeping, and removing debris and lumber./liliSafe start up and shut down of equipment in assigned area of responsibility./liliInterprets work instructions and successfully completes tasks as delegated./liliAccurately counts units, multiplies, adds, subtracts, and records totals./liliMust demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills./liliAttention to detail and accuracy./liliCommunicating with team members and leadership to ensure consistent exchange of information relative to position./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliAble to work safely and follow all company policies and procedures/liliResume detailing education and work history/liliMinimum one (1) year of experience operating forklifts and/or other mobile lift equipment/liliPrevious Forklift operator certification preferred/liliAbility to work within a team to resolve issues and complete tasks/liliAble to perform basic math and computer skills/liliGood communication skills/liliMust be flexible with work schedule and able to work any shift, weekends, overtime, holidays as needed/liliAble to perform all essentials job functions in an industrial environment, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing steps/ladders, working from heights, standing or walking for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hours or more, working in extreme temperatures, dust, and noise while wearing all safety equipment/liliSuccessful completion of assessment process, background check and post-offer pre-employment drug screen and physical/li/ulpAbout Weyerhaeuser:/ppWe sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place.
