Plant Custodian Principal Purpose of Job Plant Custodian is responsible for cleaning and the visual appearance of the offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and production floor. This position will complete scheduled/unscheduled housekeeping tasks and to support efficient plant operations, minimize production down time, and insure safe working conditions. Duties and Responsibilities: Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Collecting and disposing of trash. Notifying Management of necessary repairs. Keeping supply closet stocked. Cleaning spills when needed on the Production floor. Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent. Work well unsupervised. Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
