Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Must acquire and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Dependable transportation
  • Experience in ABA preferred
  • Comfortable working with families and providing home-based services

Job Responsibilities:

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, your role will include performing initial assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and conducting progress reports. You'll supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure the implementation of effective treatment plans. Provide guidance to families on managing behaviors and support their understanding of ABA principles. You will conduct functional assessments and analyze program effectiveness, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
