What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide one-stop service for patients by addressing issues and concerns related to processes and functions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Ability to maintain compliance with Federal and State Regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with billing systems and financial assistance programs
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
