What You'll Be Doing

• Sending and responding to messages (text/email/chat)

• Confirming interest from applicants or customers

• Entering and updating basic information

• Following simple scripts and instructions

• Staying organized and professional

• Ability to work independently

• Good attention to detail

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
