Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Temporary Supplemental Registered Respiratory Therapist providing comprehensive respiratory care across various modalities. This role involves responding promptly to resuscitation events and respiratory emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all aspects of respiratory therapy in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient charts and departmental records.
• Serve as charge therapist when required, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise.

Education & Certifications:

• Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential preferred.

Experience & Skills:

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and modern respiratory care techniques.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of psychosocial, physiological, and spiritual needs across all age groups, from infants to adults, to provide tailored care.

Physical & Communication Requirements:

• Effective oral communication skills.
• Manual dexterity to operate and assemble respiratory equipment.
• Visual acuity and physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, reposition patients, and transport heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to blood and infectious materials.
