Job Details

Position: Site Supervisor for High?end residential project Austin, TX.

Duration: Minimum 1 year

Salary Range: $80,000 - 125,000/year PLUS a strong bonus program. Relocation assistance is available.

Must Haves

• Experience on high?end residential projects witha modern and contemporary style.
• Acute attention to detail and methods suitable for this type of project.
• Ability to communicate daily with clients, architects, subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Daily onsite review of all trades, with oversight on quality control, plan execution, scheduling, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly schedules, manage site operations, and keep the project running smoothly.
• Interpret and convey information from construction documents to all parties.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor work, eliminate unapproved changes, and communicate issues to the Project Manager.
• Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams; provide rapid responses to inquiries.
• Support project schedule and budget goals; report staffing, vendor, and contractor issues.
