Customer Service Lead

Description:

The Customer Service Lead is responsible for providing every guest with the fastest and most pleasant checkout experience possible through consistent customer service. Perform functions associated with sales related assets including activities to support cashiers (loans, pick-ups, drawer balancing etc.), maintain accountability standards of cashier tills, process customer needs such as stamps and lottery tickets, prepare bank deposits according to policy, process customer orders as needed to ensure customer wait time is kept to a minimum. Perform other duties as assigned by management including but not limited to vendor check in, maintaining supplies needed for front end and management teams' office.

Requirements

Ability to work well with others.

Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.

Ability to read and understand information and direction.

Knowledge of front end operations.

Ability to supervise people including training and development.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

Effective communication and guest service skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Demonstrate successful use of math skills.

Ability to work well with computers.
