Job Description
We are hiring for an Entry-Level Carbide Tool and Die Maker!

Job Responsibilities:

- Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

- Assist in setting up and operating machinery and equipment such as lathes, grinders, and CNC machines.

- Use precision measuring instruments to support in verifying dimensions and tolerances of carbide tools and dies.

- Aid in conducting quality inspections to ensure that products meet company standards and customer requirements.

- Learn how to troubleshoot issues related to production processes.

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of production activities, materials used, and any encountered issues during the process

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent: technical coursework or training in tool and die making is a plus

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery

- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and grow

- Good attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment

- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices in a manufacturing setting
