What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Recommend trips and excursions tailored to customer interests
• Answer customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Book reservations for cultural and educational travel experiences globally

• Ensure adherence to schedules, as some customer interactions are time-sensitive

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in roles with direct customer interaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of geography and current global events
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 9?a.m. to 6?p.m. Eastern time

• College degree in communications, hospitality, education, or a related field
• Familiarity with Salesforce software
