Job Details

Part-Time RECYCLING/SCALE HOUSE ATTENDANT. Position requires the oversight of recyclables at any of the County's 4 recycling centers and operation of the scales at the Landfill. Must be responsible, able to direct the general public with garbage disposal and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills recommended. High school education or equivalent required. $14.00 per hour. Applications may be obtained from the Wilkes County Landfill or from our website, Wilkes County Participates in E-verify.
