The Patient Services Representative II provides high-quality patient support by collecting and preparing blood specimens for testing while ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellent customer experience.
This role involves direct interaction with patients, maintaining a professional environment, and following established procedures.
The representative may work in a doctor's office, patient service center, or other assigned location.

Experience:
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
2 years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard and data entry experience.
