Responsibilities Control Area (Cleanroom)
Perform proper cleaning methods, such as emptying trash, wiping techniques of equipment, mopping of walls, ceilings and floors.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all cleaning equipment.
Responsible for the preparation of cleaning/sanitation solutions and cleaning materials to specifications.
Must possess the willingness to learn new concepts to fully understand aseptic technique and demonstrate proper cleanroom behavior at all times.
Identifies and communicates any material or procedural discrepancies.
Adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements defined in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Follows and executes clients Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Accurately documents solution prep and cleaning activities in logbooks according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
Non-Control Area
General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Cleaning and stock restrooms.
Ensure doors are locked after hours.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs and ladders to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
