Part-Time Wilkes County Animal Services Shelter Attendant - Employee will be responsible for assisting with the day to day care of animals and cleaning the animal shelter in accordance with county and state laws. Employee is subject to the usual hazards of animal control work and must be in good physical condition, able to lift 100 pounds. A varied schedule of up to 19 hours per week (rotating shifts mainly Weekends and holidays) High school diploma or equivalent required. Prospective employee must have a valid driver's license and is subject to a criminal background check. $13.00 per hour.
