A tenure-track Assistant Professor in any area within industrial and/or organizational psychology, beginning August 2026. The successful applicant will (a) develop an active research program with high potential to secure extramural funding, (b) contribute to the masters concentration in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and the doctoral concentration in Occupational Health Psychology by supervising graduate students, (c ) teach undergraduate and graduate level courses, including quantitative courses, and (d) conduct research within the realm of industrial and organizational psychology. Service to the university, community, and profession is expected. Contingent upon availability of funds Minimum Education/ Experience A PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline is required.
