The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Greenville, NC. Details for the position are as follows:

Hourly Rate on W2: $20/hr. on W2
Job Description:
This position supports the upkeep and operation of buildings, facility systems, utilities, and equipment used in production. This role involves hands-on maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, flooring, doors, hardware, and ceiling tiles
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, services, and calibration.
• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance tasks and assist in creating procedural guides and records
• Provide support for various systems including electrical, HVAC/R, piping, pneumatic, electronic, and site security
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to manage on-site spare parts inventory
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and calibrations with internal leadership and external service providers
• Assist with engineering and validation projects, including updating drawings to reflect changes
• Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibrations in accordance with company SOPs
• Serve as a point of contact for emergency maintenance during off-hours in coordination with the on-call technician
Education or Equivalent Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of experience in construction or building, electrical, or mechanical system maintenance
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs unassisted
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing throughout the workday
• Requires manual dexterity for grasping and fine manipulation
• Requires ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb
• Potential occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals and other active pharmaceutical ingredients (API)
