What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with business and digital team members to understand requirements and optimize the ERP system
• Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance Plan to Sustain processes
• Support the creation and execution of testing scenarios and documentation of common solutions
• Mentor less experienced team members in the Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy
• Ensure successful migration from legacy systems to new environments during cutover and hypercare phases

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract
• Working knowledge of Plan to Sustain business processes and technical system knowledge in areas such as Production Master Data, EH&S, and Manufacturing Execution
• Hands‑on experience with SAP systems including configuration, data management, IDOCs, and APIs
• Understanding of plant maintenance and production planning/execution processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, preferably S/4HANA
• Experience working on large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
