Drive operational excellence at an expanding manufacturing plant producing high-performance fibers and composites. Lead critical process improvement projects, troubleshoot complex production challenges, and ensure safe, efficient operations while mentoring teams and implementing continuous improvements.

Requirements:
• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in process/project engineering (chemicals, fibers, or related)
• Strong background in process equipment design and sizing
• Expertise in mass balance and heat transfer calculations
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process monitoring and improvement projects
• Knowledge of SHE (Safety, Health, Environmental) compliance
• Ability to work in US without sponsorship
