Project Manager Lead 2 (Remote), Austin, TX 12?Month Contract

The Project Manager Lead 2 is a remote position based in Austin, TX for a 12?month duration. The role requires a project manager with 6+ years of experience who can perform advanced project work under limited supervision and demonstrates initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Familiar working with Agile framework and project management skills.
• Collaborate with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the agency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product and project leading experience on projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations.
• 6+ years of managing projects with enterprise content management solutions.
• Existing familiarity with TEAs standard practices and procedures for leading projects.
• 3+ years of experience with TEA or another state agency.
• Experience managing and leading projects on Alfresco, including maintaining and implementing enhancements.
• Proficiency with state budget and expense tracking.
• Agile/Scrum participation.
• Familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) preferred.
• Expertise in working across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience developing contract-related documents, contract management, and cost monitoring.
• Willingness and availability to work outside regular work hours as needed to support project needs.
