What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Orders applications
• Analyze and document system requirements while evaluating user experience
• Provide guidance and support to end-users and resolve system issues
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in Orders Transmittal is highly preferred
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Openness to further Epic education with Bugsy or Orders Transmittal
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Epic orders certification or accreditation
