Job Description:

• The Business Analyst is responsible for leading requirements management for large-scale projects, including new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
• This role involves devising and executing requirement management plans, identifying stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and documentation of software and business requirements.

• Lead requirements management efforts for large projects, including new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Devise and execute a requirements management plan and take ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, facilitating meetings and discussions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, business representatives, IT teams, and clients to ensure a complete understanding of software requirements.
• Provide business-related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process.
• Produce project documentation, including process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other required deliverables using standard templates.
• Manage work timelines and meet project deadlines.
• Mentor team members as needed.
• Support the organization's quality programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel as required.

• Strong knowledge of third-party administration or claims management business and technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Minimum of six (6) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Major in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
