What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, refine, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transportation operations' effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members to understand analytics needs and provide effective solutions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through process development and problem-solvingCommunicate findings and reports effectively across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience with Excel and business analytics
• 2-5 years of experience with SQL
• 2-5 years of experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with Python and Snowflake is a plus
• Previous experience in a transportation or logistics role
